Our insulated components are built differently than those of many other companies. Some manufacturers simply glue foam onto a plastic form; this approach results in poor adhesion, uneven foam distribution, and inferior insulating capacity. We inject-mold the foam onto a single-walled polyethylene substrate for a consistent, durable product.

The result: a fiberglass finish without the chipping and cracking!
